| 1. Samples Policy: |

| We can supply free samples for total value under 8 USD, if you have a FedEx or DHL or TNT freight collected account and agree to pay the freight. If you don't have freight collected account, free samples are no offered, you need to TT the samples charge together with the freight. |
| If the total value of samples are more than 8 USD, you need to pay for the samples and courier freight. We will send the samples to you after receipt of your payment. |
| Please email or fax us the samples (products name, Item No., models, quantity etc.) you want, We will prepare it within 5 days after confirm everything. |

| 2. Payment terms: |
|
| T/T (Wire Transfer) or pay by western union before delivery. |
|
|
| 3.Delivery Terms: |
|
| Delivery time negotiable. Generally we will ship the goods within 5 working days after receiving your payment. Normally two weeks for OEM orders,but it's depends on the speed of confirmation of sample. |

| 4. Shipping Policy: |
|
| Sample order less than 50kgs, we usually sent by DHL,TNT,UPS or Fedex. |
|
| Orders from 50 to 500 kgs, can be sent by air to the nearest airport. |
|
| More than 500kgs,we suggest sent by ocean container. |
|
|
|
| 5.Guarantee Policy: |
|
| We accept replacement or return for faulty goods during the warranty time (from we send it and till we get the return). |
| We don't accept the following faulty products: |

| A) Default or damaged caused by error operation |
|
| B) Broken or damaged on the way |
|
| C) The warranty sticker on the products are torn or damaged |

| D) Out of the warranty time |
